About the role

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end rollout and go-live for Voice AI, ensuring alignment across Product, Engineering, CS, and GTM teams.
  • Drive product adoption by ensuring new capabilities deliver intended efficiency, revenue, and guest-experience gains.
  • Manage the feedback loop between field teams and engineering to inform the product roadmap.
  • Run experiments, including A/B tests, phased rollouts, pilots, and early access programs, to validate features before scaling.
  • Own the measurement framework for Voice by defining key KPIs and maintaining essential dashboards.
  • Partner with Go-To-Market teams to improve rollout processes and AI-enabled workflows.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in product operations, technical program management, strategy & operations, or consulting.
  • Proven track record of owning complex, end-to-end product launches in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with BI/analytics tools.
  • Experience designing experiments, defining KPIs, and building measurement frameworks.
  • Strong program management skills with the ability to drive multiple concurrent deployments through ambiguity.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build alignment between technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in hospitality technology or telephony/voice/communications products.
  • Knowledge of APIs or scripting.
  • A "tinkerer's instinct" and a bias for action in high-growth environments.
