About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of product flow processes, visual merchandising, and markdown activities to ensure efficient movement of goods.
- Coach and provide feedback to Customer Experience Representatives (CERs) to drive operational excellence.
- Manage the store's visual operations, including signage, propping, and reacting to sales trends.
- Oversee store opening and closing procedures and manage the sales floor.
- Support team development through hiring, training, and cross-training activities.
- Ensure the health and safety of both employees and customers is maintained as a top priority.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, merchandising, or operations.
- Proven experience leading others.
- Knowledge of provincial health and safety standards.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Bilingualism (French/English) is required for positions located in Québec.
