Product Operations Lead

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to execute store product strategy and bring product stories to life.
• Plan, prioritize, and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities following standard operating procedures.
• Oversee all back-of-house (BOH) operations, including product actions like pull backs, consolidations, and repricing.
• Manage omnichannel programs, such as ship-from-store (SFS), to ensure company standards are met.
• Monitor product levels and analyze business data to inform sell-through strategies and product availability.
• Lead and mentor team members, providing coaching, feedback, and support for their ongoing development.
• Participate in the store's hiring process, including recruitment, onboarding, and training.
• Deliver a world-class guest experience by providing technical product education on the sales floor.

Requirements

• 1 year of professional work experience.
• Proven experience in inventory management, merchandising, logistics, or stocking.
• Experience in leadership, mentoring, delegating, or implementing processes with others.
• Legal authorization to work in the country where the store is located.
• Ability to travel to the assigned store with reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in retail, sales, distribution center, or warehouse operations.
• Ability to review and interpret business reports and metrics to drive action.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
