Product Operations Lead

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to execute product strategy and bring it to life on the floor.
• Plan, prioritize, and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities following standard operating procedures.
• Oversee all back-of-house (BOH) operations, ensuring the area is organized and well-stocked.
• Monitor product levels and analyze business metrics to inform sell-through strategies and product availability.
• Lead and mentor team members, providing real-time coaching, feedback, and support for their development.
• Participate in the hiring process, including recruitment, onboarding, and training recommendations.
• Act as Supervisor on Duty (SOD) to ensure a world-class guest experience and technical product education.

Requirements

• 1 year of professional work experience.
• Experience with inventory management, visual merchandising, or logistics.
• Experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating tasks to others.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to travel to the assigned store with reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in retail, sales, or warehouse operations.
• Ability to interpret business reports and metrics to drive actionable results.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
