Product Operations Lead

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to execute store product strategy and bring it to life.
• Plan, prioritize, and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities following standard operating procedures.
• Oversee all back-of-house (BOH) operations, including product actions like pull backs, consolidations, and repricing.
• Monitor product levels and analyze business metrics to support sell-through strategy and optimal availability.
• Lead and mentor team members during inventory shifts, providing coaching and performance feedback.
• Participate in the store hiring process, including recruitment, onboarding, and training.
• Act as Supervisor on Duty (SOD) to ensure a world-class guest experience on the sales floor.

Requirements

• 1 year of work experience.
• Experience with inventory management, merchandising, logistics, or stocking.
• Experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating tasks to others.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to travel to the assigned store with reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience reviewing and interpreting business reports and metrics to inform action.
• Background in retail, sales, distribution center, or warehouse operations.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
