Product Operations Lead

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to execute product strategy and inventory management
• Lead inventory processing, accuracy activities, and back-of-house (BOH) operations
• Manage product actions including pull backs, consolidations, and repricing
• Monitor product levels and analyze business metrics to inform sell-through strategies
• Support team development through coaching, feedback, and participation in the hiring process
• Act as Supervisor on Duty (SOD) to ensure a world-class guest experience on the sales floor

Requirements

• 1 year of work experience
• Experience with inventory management, visual merchandising, or logistics
• Experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating tasks to others
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Reliable transportation to the Staten Island Mall location

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in retail, sales, or warehouse operations
• Ability to interpret business reports and metrics to drive action
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
