Product Operations Lead

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to execute product strategy and manage inventory processing.
• Lead inventory shifts and oversee all back-of-house (BOH) product operations to ensure organization and stock levels.
• Monitor product levels and analyze business data to inform sell-through strategies and product availability.
• Execute product actions including pull backs, consolidations, and repricing.
• Support team development through coaching, direct feedback, and participation in the hiring and onboarding process.
• Act as Supervisor on Duty (SOD) to ensure a world-class guest experience on the sales floor.

Requirements

• 1 year of work experience.
• Experience with inventory management, visual merchandising, or logistics.
• Experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating tasks to others.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to travel to the assigned store with reliable transportation.
• Availability to work varying shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
