Product Operations Lead

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to execute product strategy and bring product stories to life on the floor.
• Plan, prioritize, and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities following standard operating procedures.
• Oversee all back-of-house (BOH) operations, including product actions like pull backs, consolidations, and repricing.
• Manage omnichannel programs, such as ship-from-store (SFS), to ensure company standards are met.
• Monitor product levels and analyze business data to inform sell-through strategies and optimal availability.
• Lead, mentor, and provide feedback to team members to support their ongoing learning and development.
• Participate in the store's hiring process, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding.
• Deliver a world-class guest experience by providing technical product education on the sales floor.

Requirements

• 1 year of work experience.
• Proven experience in inventory management, stocking, or logistics.
• Experience in leadership, mentoring, or delegating tasks to others.
• Legal work authorization for the country in which the store is located.
• Ability to travel to the assigned store with reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in retail, sales, or warehouse operations.
• Ability to review and interpret business reports and metrics to drive action.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
