Product Operations Lead (Events)

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational planning and delivery of Tennis Australia and Australian Open official events
• Manage production, catering, and creative requirements in collaboration with the Live Events team
• Drive project governance by facilitating meetings and coordinating logistics, content, and guest experience
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, agencies, suppliers, and venues
• Produce essential event documentation including project plans, run sheets, and event orders
• Oversee on-site event operations and provide real-time problem solving to ensure best-in-class standards
• Manage event budgets, financial tracking, procurement processes, and post-event reconciliation
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and event processes

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in event delivery, specifically within corporate-style environments
• Proven experience planning and delivering large-scale, complex, or high-profile events
• Strong ability to manage budgets and timelines with high accuracy
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across various levels
• Ability to perform under pressure and manage competing priorities
• Must hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check
• Flexibility regarding working hours to support event requirements
