Product Operations Lead

Responsibilities

• Manage the Product Operations team, split between manual operations and loan operations automation
• Build and maintain the loan operations automation roadmap
• Own monthly tooling improvements and automations
• Own spec delivery and alignment with tech on cross-functional projects
• Drive quarterly planning cycles and resource allocation
• Monitor escalations and support team scope to ensure zero major operational incidents
• Conduct 1:1s and develop performance plans for direct reports

Requirements

• 3+ years in operations, program management, or a related role in a high-growth environment
• Hands-on experience building or iterating on internal tools (Retool, Lovable, or similar no-code/low-code platforms)
• Experience managing small teams and hitting SLA targets
• Strong analytical skills with ability to build metrics dashboards
• Background in fintech, insurtech, or financial operations is a plus
