Product Operations Intern

Responsibilities

• Support product rollouts and adoption by executing outreach plans
• Act as a key tester for new product capabilities and document findings
• Monitor feature performance by tracking key metrics and user behavior
• Gather and analyze user feedback to inform the product roadmap
• Identify opportunities to streamline team processes and documentation

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program
• Strong interest in product operations and the product lifecycle
• Proficiency with spreadsheets like Excel or Google Sheets
• Analytical mindset with a desire to learn data analysis tools
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with coding agents like Replit Agent or Cursor
• Basic experience with SQL, Python (Pandas), Tableau, or Looker
• Previous internship or project experience in a tech or startup environment
• Experience in customer-facing roles
