Product Operations Intern

Flagright is an AI operating system for financial crime compliance used globally by Fortune 500 companies, large banks, fintechs, and fast growing startups. We operate as a lean, high-performance team with high individual ownership and direct access to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Support customer implementations and onboardings alongside CSMs
• Build internal tooling to automate repetitive workflows and create tracking systems
• Identify process gaps and design automated fixes
• Own knowledge base infrastructure and documentation accuracy
• Build and maintain reporting layers for tracking adoption and operational KPIs
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate customer pain points into requirements
• Support QA for new feature releases

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Product Management, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented and organized with ability to juggle multiple tasks
• Comfortable participating in customer calls
• Based in the Bay Area and authorized to work in the USA
• Ability to work on-site in Santa Clara

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with anti-fraud, AML, compliance, or fintech concepts
• Prior internship or project experience in product, operations, or customer-facing roles
• Proficiency in data analysis tools
• Interest in AI, machine learning, or intelligent automation
