Product Operations Engineering Technician 3

Responsibilities

• Develop suitable testing plans and frameworks to mitigate mass production test failures and improve First Pass Yield.
• Execute test plans to validate software functionality against specific requirements and technical specifications.
• Manage New Product Launch Test Readiness by ensuring Manufacturing Test Validation and capability.
• Report test results and defects to development teams and stakeholders to drive timely resolutions.
• Perform final testing to identify product weaknesses, strengths, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Implement new test methodologies and diagnose defects to improve products before market release.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of product troubleshooting and manufacturing installation test development.
• Proficiency in Python, C#, SQL, Batch Scripting, ASP.NET, and Windows Forms App.
• Experience with Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate.
• Proven experience creating software and executing automation scripts using tools such as VB, SQL, and Python.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, an analytical mindset, and strong communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant professional experience in a similar engineering or technical role.
• Educational background in BCA, BSc in Computer Science, or a B.E. in Electronics, Computer Science, Electrical, or Information Technology Engineering.
