Product Operations Engineer 1

Responsibilities

• Assist with build preparation and kitting processes
• Collect configuration data and maintain accurate records
• Follow documented release steps, checklists, and SOPs
• Help prepare basic reports and presentations for the team
• Support the stable transition of products from test to production environments

Requirements

• 1+ years of related experience in a technical or operational role
• Familiarity with build steps and configuration check procedures
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe work practices
• Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
• Basic reporting and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
• Exposure to lab safety protocols and ESD handling
• Experience using basic technical test tools
