Product Operations Educator

Responsibilities

• Organize and clean the inventory workspace to maintain a safe and efficient environment
• Execute inventory processing plans, including accurate RFID inventory counts
• Receive and process product deliveries by folding, sorting, and hanging product
• Reconcile, package, and ship product to appropriate locations (damages, consolidations, etc.)
• Execute product display adjustments, daily restocking, and floor moves to maintain presentation
• Support omnichannel programs such as buy online/pickup in store and ship from store
• Interact with guests on the retail floor to provide service or connect them with team members
• Use in-store technology to support operations and enhance guest experiences

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to travel to the assigned store with reliable transportation
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to move boxes weighing up to 30 lbs and use ladders

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Previous experience in retail, distribution center, or warehouse operations
