Product Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• Own quality assurance testing and release readiness for new features across iOS and Android
• Identify, document, prioritize, and track bugs through resolution
• Help refine the product backlog by documenting requirements and writing user stories
• Manage customer experience operations, including feedback analysis and escalation management
• Support CRM and lifecycle marketing operations by testing campaigns and validating customer journeys
• Coordinate internal and external communications related to product launches and promotions
• Maintain product documentation, release notes, and testing plans

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Project Management, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work full-time in our NYC office
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with project management tools like Jira, Linear, or Asana
• Experience with CRM tools like Braze
• Familiarity with mobile apps, fintech, SaaS, or consumer products
