Product Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• Run and support weekly product development standups and planning cadences
• Organize and maintain work in Linear, turning feature requests into actionable workstreams
• Support backlog grooming and improve planning hygiene
• Identify execution gaps, including stalled or under-resourced work
• Build and refine repeatable operating cadences, templates, and systems
• Optimize the tooling stack including Linear, GitHub, Notion, and Slack
• Maintain internal product documentation and team knowledge bases
• Coordinate across engineering, architecture, and leadership to keep initiatives on track
• Translate strategic priorities into structured delivery plans

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in product operations, technical program support, or startup operations
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Strong written communication skills for technical and leadership audiences
• Proactive, high-ownership mindset with comfort in ambiguity
• Ability to work effectively with technical stakeholders
• Good judgment regarding process vs. unnecessary bureaucracy

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in high-growth startup environments
• Familiarity with Linear, GitHub, Notion, Slack, and Google Workspace
• Exposure to AI-native workflows and tools like Claude
• Experience with product roadmap planning or sprint operations
• Familiarity with B2B or enterprise software environments
