Product Operations Associate Director for API & Warehouse Integration

Responsibilities

• Design and implement customized file configurations tailored to specific client needs
• Provide expert technical troubleshooting and problem-solving for API integrations
• Deliver technical consultancy for API integration processes and data sharing into warehouse solutions like Snowflake, GCP BigQuery, and Databricks
• Lead client migration projects from legacy systems to the Data Delivery platform
• Champion process optimization and automation to enhance operational efficiency
• Manage monthly KPI reporting and generate insights from operational metrics to drive performance
• Collaborate with Product and Development teams to identify and resolve application issues
• Engage with senior clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction
• Facilitate Agile processes for team prioritization, coordination, and planning

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 10+ years of proven experience in API integration
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, JSON, SQL, and XML
• Practical knowledge of data warehouse solutions such as Snowflake, GCP BigQuery, or Databricks
• Proven technical troubleshooting background and strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills for effective client and stakeholder engagement

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with operational tooling and automation techniques
• Proficient understanding of software systems and enterprise application development
• Experience using Azure DevOps, Splunk, Salesforce, MS Excel, and PowerBI
• Ability to translate operational metrics into actionable performance improvements
