Responsibilities

• Resolve tickets stemming from external user issues in a timely manner
• Identify key issues and size impact from user feedback to work with Product teams for enhancements
• Build and manage data dashboards to track product metrics and unearth key insights
• Establish systematic processes to analyze and identify the root cause of various system issues
• Create key workflow processes and documentation to improve team efficiency
• Implement process improvements to optimize product operations processes, reducing costs and improving efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
• 3 - 4 years experience with engineering process improvement or product operations
• Knowledge of Agile principles and techniques
• Basic proficiency of SQL to query data
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with structured-thinking processes
• Ability to attend meetings with U.S. counterparts after local work hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in data analytics to influence team decisions
• Strong interpersonal skills focused on rapport-building and information gathering
