Product Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support product rollouts and adoption by working with product, design, and operations teams
• Act as a key tester for new product capabilities and document findings
• Monitor feature performance by tracking key metrics and analyzing user behavior
• Gather, organize, and analyze user feedback to inform the product roadmap
• Identify opportunities to streamline team operations through documentation or automation

Requirements

• Early-career professional (recent graduate up to 2 years of experience)
• Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Strong desire to learn technical data tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SQL, Python (Pandas), or data visualization tools like Tableau or Looker
• Familiarity with automation tools like Zapier or no-code/low-code platforms
• Previous internship or project experience in a tech or startup environment
• Experience in customer-facing roles
