Product Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support product rollouts and adoption by working with product, design, and operations teams
• Act as a key tester for new product capabilities and document findings
• Monitor feature performance by tracking key metrics and analyzing user behavior
• Gather and analyze user feedback to inform the product roadmap
• Identify opportunities to streamline team operations through documentation or automation

Requirements

• Early-career professional (recent graduate up to 2 years of experience)
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets
• Passion for technology products and the product lifecycle
• Problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail
• Eagerness to learn technical tools like SQL

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with automation tools like Zapier
• Basic experience with SQL, Python (Pandas), Tableau, or Looker
• Previous internship or project experience in a tech or startup environment
• Experience in customer-facing roles
