Product Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Own content projects from inception to completion through effective project management
• Source, maintain, and improve the quantity and quality of product content
• Generate creative ideas to drive product innovation and overcome operational roadblocks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to move projects forward
• Prepare and handle reports and presentations regarding team projects and KPIs
• Conduct data analysis to interpret results and translate findings into meaningful actions

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
• Proficiency with SQL and/or Python
• Strong experience with Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Based in or willing to work onsite in Bangkok, Thailand

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-2 years of working experience in Product Operations
• Experience or interest in the e-travel and hospitality sector
