Product Operation (Tradfi) Earn

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and drive the onboarding of high-quality TradFi and RWA assets into Binance Earn
• Research traditional wealth management and investment product structures and redesign them for a crypto-native environment
• Collaborate with Product, BD, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Operations teams to assess feasibility and go-to-market execution
• Translate traditional financial mechanisms into scalable product concepts focused on user value and operational efficiency
• Analyze market trends, user demand, and competitor offerings across TradFi, RWA, and crypto wealth products
• Support end-to-end product operations, including launch, optimization, performance tracking, and lifecycle management

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product operations, product strategy, investment products, or wealth management
• Deep knowledge of funds, ETFs, and structured products (e.g., MMFs, Mutual Funds, Leveraged ETFs, PPN, FCN, and Covered Call strategies)
• Strong TradFi background from asset management, wealth management, brokerage, or banking
• Proven ability to translate complex financial mechanisms into user-friendly, scalable digital products
• Strong analytical thinking and cross-functional stakeholder management skills
• High curiosity about the crypto ecosystem and ability to adapt to a fast-moving environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of tokenization and the logic of representing real-world assets on-chain
• Familiarity with compliance, regulatory, and licensing frameworks related to investment products or RWAs
• Understanding of core crypto concepts, specifically stablecoins and their role in on-chain finance
• Experience bridging traditional financial logic with crypto-native product innovation
