Product Operation Engineer

Responsibilities

• Assume ownership of specific product schedules (NPI or Mass Production), Logistic Equipment, or supply chain roles based on factory needs
• Resolve tactical issues and critical incidents while authoring and maintaining SOPs
• Conduct capacity analysis and supply-chain forecasting to proactively identify and mitigate risks to factory performance
• Coordinate factory production schedules with internal teams and external stakeholders, including Korea HQ
• Partner with systems technology and engineering teams to design and improve scheduling and productivity systems
• Champion lean-manufacturing initiatives to enhance factory efficiency
• Develop and deploy new tools to refine existing processes and lead team training

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline
• 4+ years of experience in continuous improvement, factory operations, and technical project management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
• Proven track record of driving successful cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments
• Ability to anticipate problems, design preventative solutions, and use persuasive communication to secure stakeholder buy-in
