Product Op Model Transformation Senior Consultant

Responsibilities

• Support organizations in modernizing product operating models and ways of working
• Integrate AI into the product delivery lifecycle to accelerate learning and results
• Architect modern product operating models, including governance frameworks and organizational structures
• Assist clients in organizing around value streams and implementing lean portfolio management
• Perform organizational maturity assessments through interviews, surveys, and data analysis
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and team ceremonies to drive change adoption
• Develop transformation deliverables such as process maps, playbooks, and role definitions
• Track transformation progress using metrics, dashboards, and performance indicators

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product management, agile coaching, or scrum master roles
• At least 1 year of experience in consulting or client-facing positions
• Hands-on experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe
• Familiarity with AI tools and their application within product development workflows
• Proven experience facilitating workshops and training sessions for diverse stakeholders
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to navigate ambiguous environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CSM, SAFe Agilist, Product Owner, or ICAgile)
• Experience with collaboration and portfolio management tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or Miro
• Technical background or high level of technical fluency
• Experience working across multiple industries or complex business contexts
