Product Op Model and Enterprise Agility Transformation Principal

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale transformations to modernize product operating models and enterprise agility for clients.
• Architect value-centric organizational structures, governance frameworks, and operating rhythms.
• Implement Lean Portfolio Management systems to connect strategy to execution through value stream funding and portfolio governance.
• Guide organizations in adopting scaled agile frameworks to optimize flow and minimize dependencies.
• Integrate AI into the product development lifecycle (PDLC) to accelerate learning and results through experimentation.
• Conduct organizational assessments, develop transformation roadmaps, and facilitate stakeholder alignment.
• Deliver executive workshops, coaching, and training programs to build sustainable internal capabilities.
• Define success metrics and measurement frameworks to demonstrate ROI and business value.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management, agile coaching, or agile transformation.
• 3+ years of experience in consulting or advisory roles.
• Deep expertise in product operating models and building product organizations.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Portfolio Management (LPM), value stream management, and Lean Budgets.
• Proven experience with scaled agile frameworks.
• Current understanding of AI's impact on product development and practical experience with AI-powered tools.
• Exceptional executive presence and ability to work with C-suite leaders.
• Mastery in facilitation, coaching, and complex problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience across multiple industries such as technology, financial services, healthcare, or retail.
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., SAFe SPC, Certified Scrum Trainer, ICAgile, or Product Management certifications).
• A track record of thought leadership through speaking, writing, or community engagement.
• Strong technical fluency or a technical background.
• Experience with organizational design and operating model transformation beyond technology.
