Product Onboarding Specialist DACH Market Internship

Responsibilities

• Assist DACH market customers via video calls and email to ensure full product implementation
• Adopt a consultative approach to provide a customized onboarding experience for each client
• Gather client feedback and identify needs to help optimize the customer journey
• Share actionable insights with Product and Customer Success teams to improve the platform

Requirements

• Fluent in German and professional English
• Proactive attitude with a strong desire to ensure client success
• Fast learner capable of mastering software and staying updated on product changes
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to propose creative workarounds
• Analytical skills to translate market specifics into product insights

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer-facing roles
• Knowledge of Human Resources processes or software
