Jetson is on a mission to accelerate the transition of 100 million homes across North America away from fossil fuels toward sustainable energy use. We are building the first fully vertically integrated home electrification company to make clean energy simple, transparent, and affordable.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end go-to-market strategy for new product launches
- Develop product positioning and messaging frameworks
- Manage HubSpot infrastructure to support product launches and tracking
- Coordinate paid, organic, and growth channels for launches
- Manage analysis and reporting workflows, including win-loss research
- Identify process gaps and build repeatable playbooks using AI tools
- Collaborate with product and sales teams on launch readiness
Requirements
- 4–7 years of product marketing experience
- 2+ years owning GTM launches at a high-growth startup or consumer brand
- Expertise in positioning and messaging frameworks
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot architecture and reporting
- Experience launching products across multiple geographies
- Strong qualitative research and data analysis skills
- Proficiency using AI tools to improve workflows
