Product Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Conduct strategic and cross-sector Product Marketing projects
• Lead go-to-market initiatives, launches, repositioning, and product evolutions
• Build and sustain solution positioning, translating complex themes into actionable messages
• Develop key messages, storytelling, and enablement materials for sales and pedagogical teams
• Support product lifecycle including adoption, engagement, retention, and expansion
• Analyze data, school feedback, and market insights to guide decisions
• Connect product initiatives to portfolio strategies and cross-sell opportunities
• Act as a technical reference in Product Marketing to bridge different areas

Requirements

• Solid experience in Product Marketing, Product, or Strategy
• Experience in B2B, education, or technology preferred
• Ability to manage complex projects with autonomy and strategic vision
• Skill in translating complex topics into clear, value-oriented messages
• Intermediate data analysis skills (spreadsheets, pivot tables, basic dashboards)
• Excellent communication and empathy for high-complexity environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the education sector
• Experience managing portfolios with multiple products or brands
• Experience with educational product launches or EdTech solutions
