Product Marketing Manager

About the Company

Workerbase is building an AI platform that digitizes manual manufacturing processes for global brands like Porsche, Siemens, and Bosch. We patch the gap between frontline workers, machines, and data, digitizing manual work with AI in a low-code environment connected to core IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Own positioning and messaging for Workerbase across industries, personas, and use cases
• Define and evolve the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
• Build and maintain messaging architecture, value propositions, and competitive differentiators
• Enable the sales team with battle cards, pitch decks, and case study narratives
• Plan and execute product launches in collaboration with the product team
• Drive content strategy including thought leadership, customer stories, and industry reports
• Develop analyst and influencer relationships in the manufacturing and industrial tech space
• Use AI tools to accelerate content creation, research, and campaign execution

Requirements

• 5+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS
• Experience with manufacturing, industrial automation, ERP, or MES verticals preferred
• Ability to translate technical platforms into compelling stories for enterprise buyers
• Proficiency using AI tools for research and content execution
• Hands-on approach to copywriting, deck building, and launch management

Preferred Qualifications

• German language proficiency (C1 level or above)
• Experience working within manufacturing, logistics, or production environments
• Experience building category narratives or product repositioning
