Product Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Own product marketing strategy for Trust & Safety and Community/Creator product portfolios
• Craft compelling positioning and messaging that translates complex, nuanced product features into clear value propositions
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches, including audience segmentation and channel strategy
• Partner with Product Management to influence roadmap priorities through market insights and competitive intelligence
• Collaborate with Brand, Communications, and Integrated Marketing teams to develop holistic campaigns
• Navigate sensitive topics with care, developing communication strategies for products addressing harassment and community health
• Build cross-functional relationships with Policy, Legal, and Customer Support teams
• Define and track key performance indicators for product adoption, retention, and sentiment

Requirements

• 5+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in consumer technology or social platforms
• Demonstrated experience marketing products in sensitive or complex spaces (e.g., AI, trust & safety, or community health)
• Proven track record of developing product positioning that resonates with diverse consumer audiences
• Experience leading cross-functional go-to-market efforts from strategy through execution
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the livestreaming, gaming, or creator economy space
• Background in community management, AI, content moderation, or trust & safety
• Experience marketing specifically to creator or developer audiences
• Familiarity with the Twitch platform and creator ecosystem
• Experience with crisis communications or sensitive product communications
