Product Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end go-to-market strategies for all product launches, including positioning, messaging, and sales readiness.
• Develop and maintain product-level messaging frameworks that differentiate the company in the enterprise banking market.
• Translate technical product capabilities into compelling, buyer-facing value propositions tailored to specific personas and use cases.
• Build and maintain sales enablement assets such as battlecards, competitive positioning guides, and objection handling tools.
• Establish a systematic competitive intelligence function to provide regular updates to Sales, Product, and Leadership teams.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure successful product adoption and impact.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of product marketing experience specifically within enterprise SaaS environments.
• Proven track record of owning end-to-end product launches with minimal oversight.
• Exceptional technical writing and storytelling skills with the ability to turn complex details into buyer narratives.
• Experience creating practical sales enablement assets that drive real-world results for Account Executives.
• Ability to operate effectively in a lean, high-growth environment where processes and structures are being built.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within the Fintech or financial services industry.
• Familiarity with using tools like Gong to identify buyer language and competitive market signals.
