Product Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute dynamic product marketing strategies and go-to-market plans for a portfolio of Earth science technology products.
• Lead successful product launches and ensure cohesive execution across global product and revenue teams.
• Conduct in-depth market, competitor, and customer research to inform strategic positioning.
• Craft impactful product messaging and create engaging content, including solution briefs, white papers, and sales playbooks.
• Collaborate with Digital and Field Marketing teams to deliver high-impact global campaigns.
• Enable internal sales and customer teams with consistent communication regarding product positioning and value propositions.
• Develop and maintain detailed buyer personas to drive product adoption and customer retention.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Product Marketing, specifically within a B2B software or SaaS environment.
• A degree in business, geosciences, engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proven expertise in developing and executing global campaign content.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee complex marketing campaigns and product launches.
• Ability to analyze customer and product insights to drive data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
