Product Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the product marketing function and lay the foundation for scaling the GTM team
• Drive GTM campaigns and product launches across product, design, growth, and sales
• Craft messaging and positioning for technical and enterprise buyer personas
• Partner with product and growth to optimize the self-serve funnel using product data
• Develop ICP and persona intelligence and map buyer journeys
• Create technical marketing content including web, blog, video, and social media
• Work with GTM ops to measure impact on the sales and marketing funnel
• Support sales enablement with pitch decks, customer stories, and competitive intelligence

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product marketing
• Ability to operate in fast-changing, high-growth environments
• High bar for quality and precision
• Ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
• Experience taking full ownership from strategy through execution
• Thoughtful use of AI in workflows

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building a PMM function from scratch at an early-stage startup
• Experience marketing AI/ML, infrastructure, or document processing products
• Proficiency with marketing tools like Salesforce, Attio, Arcade, Storylane, Google Analytics, PostHog, Clay, or Hex
