Responsibilities
- Own Profound’s view of the competitive landscape, including competitor product launches, pricing, and messaging shifts
- Build and maintain field-facing assets such as battlecards, objection-handling guides, and competitive teardowns
- Build and run Profound’s analyst relations program, managing briefings, inquiries, and research participation
- Operate the company’s win-loss program through structured interviews and deal reviews to identify drivers of success
- Translate market intelligence into actionable insights for product decisions, sales strategy, and marketing campaigns
- Partner with Product and Sales to support deal strategy and roadmap prioritization
- Brief executives ahead of board meetings and investor conversations
Requirements
- 4 to 7 years of experience in product marketing, competitive intelligence, or strategy at a B2B SaaS company
- Proven experience building or contributing to competitive intelligence, analyst relations, or win-loss programs
- Strong research instincts and ability to translate complex market dynamics into actionable insights
- Excellent writing skills for producing high-quality briefs and narratives
- Ability to work in fast-moving markets with evolving categories
- Strong cross-functional operator capable of working with executives and external stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in marketing technology, analytics, or AI
- Familiarity with AI search, LLM-based discovery, or answer engine optimization
- Experience building analyst relations or win-loss programs from scratch
- Experience supporting enterprise sales teams or working in deal cycles
