Responsibilities

  • Manage new product features, enhancements, and pilot programs
  • Coordinate with project management to ensure GTM launches and partnership activations stay on track
  • Monitor competitors and emerging healthcare trends to create battle cards and strategic briefs
  • Develop B2B case studies by partnering with Account Management and Sales teams
  • Create and maintain high-impact sales collateral for employers, brokers, consultants, and health plans
  • Build and manage a centralized repository for research and pitch decks

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in B2B or B2B2C marketing
  • Heavy emphasis on product marketing and sales enablement
  • Experience in healthcare or benefits industry
  • Ability to translate qualitative data into actionable insights
  • Strong storytelling and content creation skills
  • Proven track record of managing complex strategic projects

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Account Management teams
