Product Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Own product positioning and messaging for Pano AI’s platform to ensure market differentiation
• Lead go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new product launches, features, and expansions
• Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to align on customer insights
• Develop sales enablement materials including pitch decks, battlecards, case studies, and ROI tools
• Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to inform strategy
• Drive content strategy across website, campaigns, and field marketing
• Support pricing, packaging, and product adoption initiatives

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS, utilities, public sector, or climate tech
• Ability to translate technical concepts into compelling customer value propositions
• Proven experience launching products and driving GTM strategies
• Excellent storytelling, writing, and communication skills
• Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and executive stakeholders
• Analytical mindset with ability to leverage data and customer insights
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
