Outpost is a modular back office for global commerce, operating as a Merchant of Record for digital and physical goods across 58+ tax jurisdictions. We solve the complexities of international expansion, including tax, payments, and compliance, making cross-border commerce as easy as domestic.

Responsibilities

• Define positioning and messaging frameworks for the company and its products
• Build the sales toolkit including decks, one-pagers, battlecards, and ROI frameworks
• Conduct competitive intelligence and maintain battlecards against key competitors
• Own the go-to-market strategy for new products, features, and market expansions
• Transform customers into case studies, references, and testimonials
• Shape website messaging and create thought leadership content

Requirements

• Experience in product marketing at a B2B fintech, payments, or e-commerce infrastructure company
• Knowledge of Merchant of Record, tax, payments, or compliance products
• Proven ability to translate technical complexity into clear buyer messaging
• Strong writing skills with a focus on clarity and precision
• Ability to work autonomously in an ambiguous, high-growth environment
• Experience building sales enablement materials that drive revenue

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience marketing to or working at platforms like Adyen, Stripe, Checkout.com, Paddle, Global-e, or Revolut
