About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive the end-to-end go-to-market lifecycle for products, ensuring seamless coordination from initial concept to launch and member adoption.
  • Develop high-impact positioning and messaging architectures, transforming complex technical frameworks into clear, motivating narratives.
  • Act as the primary marketing point of contact and "Voice of the customer" in cross-functional forums to align product development with member goals.
  • Partner with Product, Design, and Research teams to synthesize member insights and UX research into actionable product requirements.
  • Create multi-audience enablement tools, including playbooks and sales battlecards, for both B2B (Brokers/Providers) and D2C (Members) audiences.
  • Monitor and analyze product-specific KPIs, such as adoption rates and conversion deltas, to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Ensure all product claims and marketing materials comply with healthcare regulatory environments and state-filing requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of commensurate professional experience.
  • 4+ years of relevant marketing experience, specifically driving go-to-market strategies for new products.
  • Demonstrated expertise in feature-to-benefit translation, persona development, and drafting multi-channel messaging houses.
  • Proven ability to manage complex project timelines and coordinate high-velocity asset production with creative teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience presenting GTM strategies to cross-functional leadership.
  • Analytical rigor with the ability to use data to measure GTM success and member sentiment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct experience in Health-Tech, Insurance (Payers), or highly regulated Fintech.
  • Hands-on experience with generative and evaluative research to drive product strategy.
  • Experience building sales enablement toolkits specifically for brokers or third-party distributors in the healthcare space.
  • High comfort level with AI/LLM product narratives and explaining complex technical guardrails to non-technical audiences.
