Product Marketing Manager

About the Company

Nooks is an applied AI lab building the Agent Workspace for GTM. We design AI agents that operate across the full sales action set, from account strategy to prospect research and outreach. Our mission is to 10x every seller by automating the busywork so they can focus on what humans do best: closing deals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and sharpen core messaging and positioning grounded in customer conversations and competitive market research
• Own end-to-end product launches, including GTM strategy and asset production
• Build and maintain sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, battlecards, and objection handling guides
• Conduct competitive intelligence and win/loss analysis to identify market opportunities
• Create thought leadership content including blog posts, LinkedIn content, and webinar narratives
• Partner with Product and Engineering to translate technical capabilities into compelling market narratives

Requirements

• 4–8 years of product marketing experience at a B2B SaaS company
• Proven track record of owning product launches from strategy to enablement
• Exceptional writing skills for various formats and audiences
• Technical curiosity and ability to explain complex capabilities simply
• Experience working in fast-paced environments with frequent product shipping
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, early-stage environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at an AI-native or AI-first B2B company
• Familiarity with the sales engagement category
• Prior experience building a PMM function from early stages
• A portfolio of content samples or launch case studies
