Product Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Define target audiences and craft compelling messaging and positioning to differentiate Navan’s travel capabilities.
• Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for new and existing products to drive adoption.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product development and marketing strategies.
• Partner with Sales and Enablement teams to create tools, training, and resources that enhance selling effectiveness.
• Create high-quality marketing materials, including product collateral, case studies, white papers, and blog posts.
• Collaborate with the broader marketing team to design campaigns that drive awareness, lead generation, and retention.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives using data to optimize strategies.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product marketing experience, preferably within AI, travel, SaaS, or tech.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and growing B2B products.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI across product marketing workflows (research, messaging, content creation, etc.).
• Strong strategic and analytical skills with the ability to translate complex features into customer benefits.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a talent for storytelling.
• Experience managing multiple cross-functional stakeholders effectively.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
