Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary resource for sales regarding ICP marketing, objection handling, pricing, packaging, and competitive intelligence
  • Build scalable systems for product launches, winning head-to-head deals, and enterprise expansion
  • Communicate product value propositions and positioning to sales while partnering with PMs and engineering
  • Balance strategic vision with operational excellence, from high-level strategy to hands-on content creation
  • Orchestrate product campaigns that connect features to value and drive pipeline
  • Develop pitch decks, sales enablement materials, and high-quality storytelling content

Requirements

  • 6-8 years in product marketing
  • At least 2 years at an early-stage company (Series A through Series B)
  • Experience operating as a team of one
  • Experience in both PLG and sales-led motions or deep enterprise GTM experience
  • Proven track record of building new categories or entering new segments
  • Exceptional short-form and long-form writing skills
  • Strong understanding of campaign and communications strategy
  • Bias toward action and iterative execution

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with pricing and packaging decisions
  • Communications or PR experience
  • Public speaking or webinar experience
  • Experience in adjacent B2B SaaS with similar buyer personas
