Responsibilities

• Own product positioning, messaging, and narrative as the platform evolves
• Translate complex accounting workflows and AI capabilities into simple, differentiated stories
• Create high-quality content including buyer guides, ebooks, whitepapers, product pages, and webinar content
• Partner with Product and Engineering to turn new capabilities into compelling customer-facing content
• Produce authoritative thought leadership to define the future of agentic accounting
• Conduct customer interviews, market research, and competitive analysis
• Partner with Demand Generation to create campaigns that accelerate pipeline
• Build repeatable editorial systems and workflows for content production

Requirements

• Experience at an early- to growth-stage B2B SaaS company
• Proven track record developing positioning and messaging for technical products
• Exceptional writing and communication skills with high editorial judgment
• Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams
• Proficiency using modern AI tools for research, writing, and content creation
• High agency and a bias toward shipping

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in accounting, finance, fintech, ERP, or enterprise software
• Experience marketing AI products or workflow automation
• Familiarity with accounting workflows like reconciliations or close management
• Experience launching AI or agentic software products
• Familiarity with Claude Code or similar AI tooling
