About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop clear, compelling messaging and positioning for M3’s products
- Own go-to-market strategy for product launches and feature releases
- Build and deliver enablement tools, playbooks, and training for sales teams
- Lead competitive research and analysis to inform positioning and pricing
- Partner with customer success and product teams to capture market insights
- Oversee product marketing assets including pitch decks, case studies, and website content
- Establish and track product marketing campaign impact
- Ensure product strategy and messaging align with customer needs and company goals
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing
- Significant focus on product marketing
- Strong background in positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy
- Proven ability to collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Hospitality software experience
- Financial software experience
