About the role
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end paid media strategy and execution across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and emerging platforms
- Build and scale launch campaigns that generate qualified leads and pipeline
- Optimize spend efficiency including CPL, CAC, and ROAS
- Manage the demand-gen funnel including landing pages, lead capture, and nurture sequences
- Develop launch playbooks and coordinate timelines across product, sales, and design teams
- Translate complex product capabilities into conversion-focused value propositions
- Partner with creative teams to produce ad assets, demo videos, and case studies
- Equip sales teams with battlecards, talk tracks, and objection-handling guides
Requirements
- 4+ years in demand generation, growth, or product marketing
- Hands-on ownership of paid media campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, Meta)
- Proven track record of driving measurable lead and pipeline results
- Fluency in funnel and attribution metrics (CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rate)
- Experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, or Salesforce
- Strong strategic, analytical, and writing skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Tech industry experience
- Experience marketing construction, real estate, or deep-tech products
- Background in category creation
- Familiarity with B2G market segments
- Experience scaling a product marketing function from an early stage
