Product Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop foundational product messaging and value propositions for key personas and segments
• Create and manage sales collateral including pitch decks, one-pagers, and battle cards
• Conduct competitive research on messaging, pricing, and product updates
• Interview customers and prospects to extract use cases and unmet needs
• Support product launches with messaging and internal communication
• Utilize AI tools to synthesize research and accelerate content creation

Requirements

• 3–5 years in B2B SaaS marketing, sales enablement, or product marketing
• Experience in healthtech, clinical trials, or regulated markets
• Strong writing and communication skills with ability to simplify technical topics
• Experience conducting research and turning findings into actionable insights
• Proficiency in creating decks and competitive briefs with minimal guidance
• Familiarity with AI tools for research and content creation

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in healthcare technology, pharmaceutical industry, or clinical research
• Experience in management consulting
• Experience launching products with embedded AI technology
