About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive product marketing activities for the Parts Division in alignment with divisional and local initiatives
  • Work closely with regions and distributors to increase market penetration and improve hit ratios
  • Manage timely pricing in accordance with divisional guidelines to maintain profitable growth
  • Evaluate product knowledge and sales competency of direct and indirect sales teams and create development plans
  • Plan and conduct inbound and outbound marketing activities in coordination with MARCOM and Business Line managers
  • Collaborate with sourcing, technical support, and logistics teams to develop new products and maintain optimum inventory levels
  • Utilize business tools such as Growth Grid, Veasy Quoter, Connectivity, C4C, and Power BI to improve operational excellence
  • Drive customer centricity by understanding expectations and implementing improvements based on NPS surveys
  • Manage frequent interaction with multiple stakeholders including customers, distributors, OEMs, and internal teams

Requirements

  • BE or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 12 years of professional experience
  • Proven product marketing, business development, and sales capabilities
  • Strong technical understanding and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Office 365
  • Ability to travel domestically as required
