Product Marketing Manager

About the Company

Dressly is a business changing the fashion industry through AI technologies and a personalized approach. Part of the SKELAR venture builder, Dressly focuses on creating personalized fashion solutions that help people express themselves. We launched in 2024 and have grown 4x in the last six months.

Responsibilities

• Generate and validate hypotheses regarding pricing strategy, upsells, and bundling based on user data and behavior
• Design and launch structured experiments for price models, regional market entry points, and willingness to pay
• Analyze and test digital and physical upsell mechanics, from offer design to placement and conversion
• Build new monetization approaches within funnels and continuously improve conversion for offers, checkouts, and upsells
• Monitor the market and competitors to identify non-standard growth points

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager, Growth Manager, or Monetization Manager
• Strong proficiency in analytics, metrics, and hypothesis testing through experimentation
• Practical experience with A/B testing, user research, and competitive analysis
• Experience with monetization strategies, experiments, and upsells is a significant plus
• Ability to work cross-functionally with designers, engineers, and marketing teams
• Proven track record of managing the full hypothesis cycle from generation to statistically significant results
• English level B2+

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in prioritization and de-prioritization of experiments
• High-quality post-analysis skills for conducted tests
