Product Marketing Manager

The company provides real-time bot and agent trust management, leveraging a multi-layered AI engine to analyze intent and stop fraud in under 2 milliseconds.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve product positioning and messaging for AI-driven threats and anti-fraud solutions
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify differentiation and white-space opportunities
• Create marketing and communication plans for new product launches and feature releases
• Develop compelling value propositions, use cases, and narratives for target customer personas
• Produce content including product collateral, thought leadership, website content, and blogs
• Partner with Product Management to influence roadmap priorities based on market insights
• Lead sales enablement training sessions on new products and solutions

Requirements

• 5-7 years of product marketing or management experience in cybersecurity or fraud prevention
• Experience in a high-growth or scale-up company
• Expert content creation skills (video, whitepapers, blogs, customer decks)
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to both business and technical audiences
• Advanced project management skills
• Native or strong English speaker

Preferred Qualifications

• French language proficiency
• Experience or interest in using AI and AI agents within marketing functions
