Product Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Own messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy for key BitGo products and features
• Lead end-to-end product launches, including internal alignment, messaging, and external campaigns
• Partner with Product Management to shape roadmap priorities and translate technical features into customer value
• Create sales enablement collateral such as decks, product guides, and demos to support Sales and BD teams
• Collaborate with content, growth, and PR teams to drive demand and brand awareness
• Support GTM efforts for retail and mobile platform initiatives, translating institutional infrastructure into user-friendly messaging

Requirements

• 4 to 7 years of product marketing experience in fintech, SaaS, crypto, or financial services
• Proven ability to translate technical products into clear, compelling customer value propositions
• Experience leading cross-functional product launches with Product, Sales, and Design teams
• Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills
• Highly organized and proactive with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with both institutional and retail user journeys in the digital asset space
